Fabulous, Flagrant Gender Variance

Wild Gender is an online magazine born out of gratitude for the gift of full expression. Who would we be without those who walked so wildly before?

With the intention to serve gender-variant community members, Wild Gender strives to provide a source for sensitive, accurate, lovingly curated art, news and opinion intended for those with a non-conforming gender identity and expression (allies welcome). Our team of writers and reporters conducts book reviews, film critiques, in-depth interviews, editorial pieces, queer fluff, hard news, and all else.

Run by volunteers, Wild Gender is welcoming of conversation and participation at all levels and always in search of writers, thinkers, and creators hoping to participate in the growing community of gender-non-conforming contributors on WG.

Wild Gender is also committed to content that is conscious of the importance of all intersecting identities as related to gender-variant artwork, news and opinion. As such, we aim to amplify the stories of trans/gender-non-conforming people of color, people of a variety ethnicities, nationalities, differing physical abilities, and economic backgrounds.
