    This is adorable. This feels like Deja Vu all over again for me. I went through this toy thing with my girls when they were little. Now they are 40 something. I made sure they got the trucks (though never the guns). Whatever sexism took place in the store, it never reached them because I, as the primary authority in their lives, gave them permission to have the whole range.

    The child in the video is stressed out. She needs an adult to act as a buffer and tell her she can have what she likes. Why isn’t someone comforting her? It seems like the interviewer has an axe to grind at her expense. Shame on you!

    She is not “adorable.” She is pissed off. And good for her. Realization and indignation are the first steps in making change. This child IS a super hero. I hope someone close to her shows her the responses the video has engendered so that she understands just how powerful her words have been.

    Poor thing is in for a rough road. I remember when i was a kid it was all about transformers and id get so mad because i knew everyone was “tricked by the companies” into playing with those stupid things. Life is always very hard for souls that see clearly. God bless this little one.
